Sherrilene Classen named PHHP Alumna of the Year

Dr. Classen, chair of the UF department of occupational therapy and a graduate of the college's master's in public health in epidemiology program, was recognized for outstanding leadership in the field of occupational therapy and for important contributions to driving research.

DPT student wins Ben Brown Scholarship

Monica Velasco has received the Ben Brown Scholarship presented by the Florida State Elks Association. The scholarship provides her with $10,000 per year of support throughout her studies in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program.
