Description

Did you know Black Americans have a higher risk for Alzheimers disease than other racial/ethnic communities? Join us for a free documentary film about brain health in Black communities and a panel discussion about reducing risk, seeking treatment, and finding support for memory loss.

We are excited to have you join us at The Cotton Club Museum and Cultural Center for a thought-provoking documentary film and discussion about Alzheimer's and other dementias' impact in communities of color. This FREE event is a great opportunity to learn more about dementia and connect with others who are impacted by this condition. Don't miss out on this informative and meaningful evening!

People of all ages are welcome! RSVP is strongly encouraged but not required. If you have any questions please contact Jennifer at jenniferhunter@ufl.edu; 352-616-7036.
